J.T.H Dakota Management was founded in 1983 with a simple philosophy, we will manage each property the same way we would if we owned it. Each property gets the highest degree of care and concern. Nothing less is acceptable. Our goal is to provide a reliable and comprehensive property management service for owners. The on-site property managers, office staff, maintenance personnel, and the contractors we use are all trained to these high standards.
The company has over fifty years experience in the real estate industry. The managements portfolio consists of approximately 330 multi- units located in 19 communities and 168 single-family homes in Colorado. Multi unit properties range in size from 4 units to 100 units and single units consist of condominiums, town homes and single family communities.
We offer complete management services including property inspection, prospective resident evaluation, care and maintenance, advertising, showings of units, late rent collections and evictions and lease contract negotiations. Our maintenance staff can take care of all routine maintenance. You will receive monthly reports on the financial condition of your property detailing all the income and expenses.
JTH Dakota Management is constantly striving for improvement in the quality of our management endeavors through attendance at numerous industry related educational seminars, Institute of Real Estate Management courses, Community Association Institute. The company is also a member of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and the Better Business Bureau in an effort to maximize our exposure to education and information regarding our dynamic industry. Jack served in the U.S Naval Submarine Service for 4 year and over the years also worked for such companies as Storage Technology Corporation, Sanders Data Systems and IBM Corporation. He has over 20 years property management experience.
