Accounting

The accounting Department at JTH Dakota Management Realty Co. follows accepted accounting principles and practices, which have been adapted for innovative and effective use in Property Management Accounting. A cash disbursement journal plus individual operating bank accounts are maintained for each property. All receipts, disbursements and journal entries are utilized to complete the monthly statements. Security deposit records and homeowner maintenance fee records are also maintained in this department.
