F.A.Q Frequently Asked Questions
1. When is my rent due? It is due on the 1st of each month to avoid late fees is must be turned in by the 5th day of each month.
2. Do I need to give notice to vacate? Absolutely it is part of your lease. 30 day written notice is required, must be turned in by the 1st day of the month you will be vacating.
3. Can I sublease my apartment? No, you can't. Others can be added to the lease depending on size of unit, however they must turn in an application and go through the screening process and be approved by our office.
4. Am I responsible for repairs to my unit? Yes and No. You are responsible for minor maintenance issues like light bulbs replacement, battery replacement for smoke detectors. Any damage that you cause to your unit you will be charged to you, normal wear will not be charged to you. (Depending on the type of property you rent you may be responsible for more repairs and upkeep. Refer to your lease.)
5. When can I expect my deposit? Your deposit disposition will be processed within 60 days after you vacate your property.
